UltraTech Ultra-IBC Hard Top®

The Ultra-IBC Hard Top® spill pallet provides spill containment for IBCs, tanks and other large containers. The all-polyethylene roll top unit provides both protection from unauthorized access as well as sun, rain and the elements. Simply place your IBC or tank into the unit with your forklift or other equipment, close the doors and rest easy knowing that you are protected. This system combines an upper roll-top door and lower swing-out doors for easy and convenient access to IBC tanks. Features a cross of polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic molded across the top of the spill pallet, connecting the four sidewalls. The more weight placed on the top of the grates, the more weight is applied to the cross of life, which in turn helps pull the sidewalls in rather than allow them to sag out. The more weight, the greater the sidewall protection. The overall uniformly distributed load weight should not be exceeded in any case.
