Colonial Swing Check Valve

For use in irrigation, swimming pool, and commercial plumbing applications to prevent backflow. The open position allows for unobstructed continuous flow with minimal head loss. All check valves must be installed with the flow-arrow pointing in the direction of the flow of the system and with the flow arrow on the top side of the valve.

Valve can be disassembled for maintenance
Resists process & atmospheric corrosion
The flow velocity should not exceed 5 ft./second
Designed for horizontal installation
Valves must NOT be installed upside-down
Pressure rating @ 73°F, non-shock water: full flow (open) 150 psi; back pressure (closed) 75 psi
Maximum temperature: 140°F
