King CuttingBoard® is a solid, high density polyethylene sheet for buffets, salad bars, butcher blocks, commercial and consumer cutting boards, food preparation and packaging, food processing components, and other food applications. It is the product of a proprietary process called K-Stran™, the most advanced manufacturing process for superior flatness and consistency. The natural matte finish on both sides of the sheet creates a clean and sanitary look for commercial food processing operations. The non-porous surface does not absorb food odors, making it easy to clean and sanitize. To clean, scrub the material with a firm bristle brush and professional-strength detergent to remove any residue or stains, then rinse with hot water. Sanitize with a ten percent bleach solution and rinse thoroughly with cold water. The King CuttingBoard® is also dishwasher safe; for the best results, remove it from the dishwasher before the drying cycle and allow it to air dry.
