Manufactured from low-extractable Type 1 borosilicate glass, these precision-formed vials deliver dependable performance for residual solvent testing, volatile compounds, flavors, fragrances, and other demanding analytical applications. The crimp-top vials have a tapered opening and pair with aluminum crimp seals. e integrity during heating, equilibration, and automated injection cycles, and deliver stable, leak-resistant sealing under typical headspace heating conditions. With PTFE and silicone septa, the caps are crafted to provide uniform sealing performance, helping support consistent pressurization and reproducible results in volatile and semi-volatile testing.
