This High-Flow PTFE Needle Valve is designed for laboratory and industrial applications requiring the regulation of corrosive gases and liquids, or for high-purity service. Fluid contact is limited to PTFE and PCTFE materials to maintain chemical compatibility and minimize contamination. The rigid PCTFE spindle reduces material creep commonly associated with PTFE, providing stable and repeatable flow control across relatively high flow ranges while still performing well at low flow rates. Suitable for both pressure and non-critical vacuum service, these valves can also function as reliable shutoff valves. The simplified six-component design, including a single radially compressed PTFE O-ring, minimizes leak paths and allows compression adjustment without disassembly by tightening the bushing. The valve can be quickly disassembled for cleaning and maintenance.
