CV™ Series Utility Barstock Needle Valves

These needle valves are precision-machined from a single piece of material, delivering superior strength and performance for high-pressure and critical flow control applications. Designed for accurate regulation of liquids and gases, these rugged valves are available in various overlapping orifice-needle sizes to accommodate a broad range of flow rates. The valves provide dependable, bubble-tight shutoff and long service life in laboratory instrumentation, benchtop setups, or OEM flow control systems.

Buna-N (brass valves) or Viton® (stainless steel valves) O-rings
316 stainless steel valve needle; KEL-F orifice
Bubble-tight shutoff
Max. working pressure: 500 psi
Max. temperature: 180°F (brass) or 250°F (stainless steel)
