Poly-Spillcart™ is available as an All-Terrain Cart or can easily convert into one with our conversion kit. The Poly-Spillcart™ ATC's heavy-duty solid rubber wheels and durable axle smoothly handle even the most demanding environments. Wheel brakes are not available with the ATC model.
