The Lid Cutter™ is three tools in one: cuts, opens, and re-seals 3 to 5 gallon plastic containers. Place the cutter head in the lid's notch to cut slotted covers safely and push the handle down. The lid opens easily by inserting the tool hell under the rim, pulling the handle up, and repeating around the cover's edge.
