How do I place an order?

New customers to our website will need to create an online account in order to check out. After you find the product(s) you would like to purchase, use the Add to Cart button to place them in your shopping cart. To view the contents of the shopping cart, you can click on the icon of a shopping cart in the top right of every page on the site.

Shopping Cart

In the shopping cart, you can edit the items by editing the quantity field and clicking or tapping "Update". The "X" button to the right of each item can be used to remove that item from your cart. You can also use the Add More & Save feature to take advantage our quantity discounts where available.

Use the Shipping Estimate box to get an idea of what the shipping costs will be for this order.

To proceed, click or tap "Check Out". If you are not already logged in, you will be asked to either create a new account or log in at this time.

Billing & Shipping

Next, we ask for shipping address, shipping method and billing address. On these pages you can add a new addresses or edit existing ones, as well as choose the shipping method for the order. At each step, select the address or method you want to use, then click "Continue".

Payments & Options

The next screen is where we collect your payment information. Credit card is the most typical option but if you are an established customer with an open line of credit or you would like to apply for one, you can use the Net Terms option. If you do not have a line of credit and you select the Purchase Order option, there will be a credit check delay and you will be contacted before the order is processed.

Here you may new credit card into our system or using a previously entered one. Your credit card numbers are never stored on our servers. We use an alias system via CardVault. This allows us to keep a record of what card you used plus allow you to reuse a card without knowing the actual card details. This keeps your personal card information secure.

If you decide to use a credit card, your billing address must match the one assigned to the credit card or your order will not process.

To proceed, click or tap "Continue".

Confirm Order

The last step of the checkout process is to review all the data and confirm the order. Use this page to check your addresses and shipping and payment methods, as well as add order comments. To update any of this info, look for the "Change" buttons next to the relevant sections. You may also check the box at the top to saving your addresses and payment method as your account default for an expedited checkout process on future orders. To process this order, click or tap "Place Order".
