Designed for demanding suction and discharge applications, Kuri Tec® K-Tough K9296 Series hose combines a clear, food-grade PVC core with galvanized steel wire and high-tensile-strength yarn reinforcement for exceptional strength, flexibility, and durability. The abrasion-resistant blue PVC cover withstands constant flexing and rough handling, making this hose ideal for construction sites, batch plants, tank trucks, oil field water hauling, mining operations, and liquid chemical, water, and slurry transfer applications. The steel wire reinforcement also helps dissipate static electricity when properly grounded through the fitting or other means. Note: Hose is not intended for combustible applications unless the end user has determined the application will not result in propagating brush discharge. Pressure ratings can only be obtained with proper coupling procedures; using compression fittings with this hose is not recommended.
