SeriesLock™ Barbed 100 Quick Disconnect Couplings & Inserts

A unique aseptic Spring-Free Flow Path® quick-connect fitting allows a larger volume of fluid to pass through at lower line pressures. This optimized flow reduces restriction, turbidity, foaming, and bubbles. Recessed mating features protect contact surfaces and prolong the life of the O-rings helping to ensure a better seal. The audible click upon connection and the safety slide release are both features to help minimize accidental disconnects. Three body sizes in small, medium, and large are available to accommodate various connection sizes for hose barb adapters. PP, PS & PVDF have silicone O-ring & GFBN has Viton™; 302 stainless steel spring
Spring-Free Flow Path® fittings – valved; Superior single-barb technology
Lubricant: biocompatible & inert PFPE
Slide button & main latch: CrystalVu™ PMP copolymer
Spillage < 0.05cc per disconnect (small & medium) & < 0.1cc per disconnect (large)
Sterilization: EtO, Gamma & E-Beam; Autoclavable
Working pressure: vacuum to 90 psi, 6.9 bar
Temp. range: GFBN (32°F to 450°F), PP (32°F to 160°F), PVDF (32°F to 250°F), PS (-40°F to 282°F)
