The CQG06 Series high purity couplings feature a patented pressure-balanced, non-spill design. Made from molded virgin polypropylene with a 100% springless flow path, they provide broad chemical resistance and exceptionally high flow capacity, allowing instant disconnects (and reconnects), even under pressure.
- Natural, virgin polypropylene
- FKM (Simriz® FFKM optional) seals
- Hastelloy® C Springs (non-wetted)
- PVDF flare nuts
- Does not use any lubricant
- Pressure rating: 0 to 80 psig (0 to 5.5 bar)
- Temperature range: 32°F to 150°F (0°C to 66°C)
- Spillage/air inclusion: <0.1 cc (mL) per disconnect (reconnect)
- Non-spill for the ultimate protection from chemicals & fumes
- Failsafe disconnect, even under pressure easy to reconnect at high pressure
