This pH and ORP Controller and Alarm System is a complete, ready-to-use solution for monitoring and controlling pH levels in process tanks and wastewater applications. Unlike standard controllers that require additional wiring for alarms, this unit features a built-in audible and visual alarm that immediately alerts operators when pH moves outside the desired range. Designed for industrial environments, the controller provides precise pH monitoring and automatic control of acid and caustic pumps, with manual override buttons for priming, calibration, and system testing. A bright stack light provides clear status indication: green when in range, red when out of range, and yellow when pumps are active. Housed in a durable waterproof enclosure, the system is built for harsh conditions such as plating tanks, chemical processing, and washdown environments. With simple setup, intuitive controls, and integrated alarm logic, it delivers reliable performance right out of the box. A range of probe options, sold separately, is available to suit different applications, including general-purpose pH probes, fluoride-resistant probes for aggressive chemistries, and ORP probes for oxidation-reduction potential monitoring. The controller can also be configured for ORP use when paired with the appropriate probe.
