PolyLite™ ABS 3D Printing Filament

Made with a specialty bulk-polymerized ABS resin, PolyLite™ ABS offers superior stability and significantly lower volatile content than traditional ABS resins. This ensures excellent print quality with minimal odor during printing, making it an ideal choice for functional parts requiring strength and heat resistance. An enclosure to maintain warm, ambient air and an all-metal hotend that can reach 250°C and higher is recommended for best results. PolyLite™ ABS requires a heated bed and proper printing surface (PEI sheet with ABS slurry) to minimize warping. Using a raft or brim or reducing the first layer speed can improve adhesion and stability for larger parts. A cooling fan set to low can be used for better surface quality, while no cooling fan is ideal for better strength.
