Stronger and lighter than glass, frosted acrylic is shatter-resistant, safer to handle, and easy to cut, shape, machine, or heat-form for custom applications. Acrylic offers excellent resistance to moisture and weathering, making it well-suited for long-term indoor or outdoor use without warping, swelling, or loss of clarity. It also provides good chemical resistance to most common detergents, cleaners, dilute acids, alkalis, and aqueous solutions. The frosted surface delivers a soft, uniform glow that enhances illuminated designs while maintaining durability and visual appeal. Note: Not recommended for use with chlorinated or aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, and ketones. Clean with soap or detergents and water only; avoid abrasive cleaners to protect the finish.
