Be aware of the impact of working from home & local mandates

When ordering products from us, be aware of the delivery dates and local mandates. Make sure you are tracking your orders and have made arrangements to have employees on-site to receive the shipment.

Due to COVID-19 state and local restrictions, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the delivery address is open for business and available to receive orders. If your business is closed or has special operating hours, communicate your status to UPS or packages may not be delivered and you will have carrier return charges added to your order. Packages can be delivered to your home residential addresses without any carrier interaction if your business is not open for deliveries.

Our distribution network

We have our Ohio warehouse and a network of operational manufacturers and shipping carrier options throughout the country taking care of your orders.

Caring for our local community

On April 7, 2020, Kevin Kempton, CEO of U.S. Plastic Corp.®, announced that the company would be providing, at no charge, 1,000 face shields to Lima Memorial to support the hospital as it prepares to keep the nurses and doctors safe when treating COVID patients. A core value of U.S. Plastic Corp.® is to "Do the Right Thing" and given the company's long history in plastics and manufacturing, it was the right decision to provide face shields for the local hospital. Though the business has been busy supporting the needs of customers around the country, many employees enthusiastically gave of their time to pitch in and build the face shields. Kevin Kempton stated, "We appreciate the health care workers who are on the front lines of the battle with COVID-19 and we want to do what we can to support them."

We thank you for continuing to place your trust in U.S. Plastic Corporation®, and are committed to earning that trust each and every day.
