I need a specific size plastic cutting board. Can I cut the board myself?

We offer color coded 1/2 " thick HDPE cutting boards in 6 colors and in a wide variety of pre-cut sizes. High density polyethylene material is stress-relieved to provide a flat sheet and is manufactured from prime resins for a pure colored sheet with superior properties. There is a textured surface on both sides to prevent knife slippage. Each sheet is reversible to ensure an extended product life. The specially-desinged textured surface will not dull knife blades. The non-absorbent and non-porous sheet will not allow liquids, odors, or bacteria to penetrate the surface. It resists acids and stains, and can easily be cleaned with soap and hot water. It will not chip, crack, or splinter, meets FDA specifications, and is accepted by USDA. The working temp is -60 deg F to 180 deg F. It is not UV stabilized.

If you need a custom size and wish to cut it yourself, these are our recommendations: We recommend that you use a carbide tip blade and circular saw, or a hand saber or jig saw.
