Single Tube Chambers are designed to house wound filter cartridges. We offer this model in PVC, CPVC, Polypropylene, and PVDF. Sizes available are 10", 20", and 30". These chambers come with FPT side x side connections, and side x bottom connections are available upon request. Filter chambers are used in various applications, ranging from water to chemicals. Chambers are enclosures with filter elements in place, directing fluid flow through the filter media to remove contaminants. Essentially, they are the body that makes the filtration system work. Our filter chambers are used to hold cartridge filters. Our chambers are connected via regular pipe, the 10" chambers have 1/2" FPT Inlet/Outlet Ports, and the 20" & 30" chambers have 3/4" FPT Inlet/Outlet Ports. Our chambers can also be used for residential and commercial uses, but are predominantly used for industrial applications. I've listed below the features that make our chambers stand out.
- PVC, CPVC, Polypropylene, or PVDF; FKM O-Ring
- ACME threads provide ease of element (filter) changes
- Inlet/Outlet ports located at the base allowing for easy, mess-free filter changes
- Chambers can be mounted in parallel for higher flow rates, or in a series for multi-step filtration
- Chambers come standard with 1/4"-20 threaded port (shipped with removable plug installed)
- Cap port is for optional pressure gauge; body port is for drainage
- Can be drained without having to remove cap
- Spring-load top eliminates filter bypass
