Jaco Kynar®, Nylon & Polypropylene Tube Insert Fittings

Tube inserts are an essential component when installing tubing that is too soft, flexible, or thin-walled to create a secure seal with a compression fitting alone. By fitting inside the end of the tubing, the insert reinforces the tube's interior, helping maintain its shape under compression and ensuring a dependable connection. This added support allows the compression nut to properly grip and seal the tubing, preventing leaks and improving overall performance. Without an insert, very soft tubing may deform or collapse during installation, compromising the seal.

Use Kynar® fittings with Kynar®, PTFE, FEP & PFA tubing
Kynar® is resistant to highly corrosive fluids & UV
Nylon is resistant to organic solvents, oils & gasoline; also resistant to impact & weather
Polypropylene has good chemical resistance
Temperature range: -80°F to 275°F (Kynar®), -40°F to 200°F (nylon) & -30°F to 215°F (PP)
Nylon & Kynar® meet FDA standards & are NSF/ANSI/CAN listed
Polypropylene NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 listed
