Polypropylene Low-Level Drum Alarm with 3/4" Liquid Suction Pipe for 55 Gallon Drums

Low-level alarms for buckets and drums ensure that processes never run out of chemicals. When the liquid level drops below the protected float switch, the alarm emits a loud buzzer sound and flashing LED. The alarms include a long-lasting lithium-ion battery for years of uninterruptible use and a low-battery alert. Adjusting the depth of the alarm is done by simply loosening the thumb knob on the lid and positioning the pipe to the desired depth by hand. The float switch is protected inside the pipe from physical damage, making it easy to store and transfer to another container. For automated systems, the alarms with suction pipes are ideal, as the pipe is inseparable from the float switch, guaranteeing the alarm stays with the feed pipe. The suction pipes have a removable filter screen to guard against debris or crystals in pumps, and the secure compression tubing connection eliminates air leakage into feed lines. Models with suction pipes have a slip-on cap for easy transfer from drum to drum. A replaceable check valve, sold separately, can be easily inserted in-line to prevent liquid from draining when transferring to new containers.
