JACO compression fittings provide secure, leak-resistant tube connections without the need for flaring, soldering, or special installation tools. These precision compression fittings use a compression nut and ferrule system to create a reliable mechanical seal, making them ideal for fluid handling, pneumatic, instrumentation, laboratory, and industrial applications. The reusable one-piece design simplifies installation, reduces potential leak paths, and allows tubing to be disconnected and reassembled for maintenance or system modifications. Plastic construction offers several advantages over metal fittings, including excellent electrical insulation that helps eliminate galvanic corrosion, resistance to scale buildup, smooth internal flow passages for improved flow characteristics, and the ability to absorb mechanical and acoustic vibrations. Designed for quick field assembly, JACO compression fittings require only basic hand tools. Simply insert the tubing fully to the tube stop and tighten the compression nut to create a dependable connection. Available in nylon, polypropylene, and Kynar® PVDF, JACO fittings allow users to select the material best suited for their operating environment. Nylon provides excellent resistance to organic solvents, oils, gasoline, impact, and weathering. The 20% glass-filled polypropylene construction offers increased strength, rigidity, and broad chemical resistance for a wide range of industrial and high-purity applications. Kynar® PVDF provides exceptional resistance to highly corrosive chemicals, UV exposure, abrasion, and mechanical wear, and is recommended for use with Kynar® PVDF, PTFE, FEP, and PFA tubing. Standard fittings with ferrule nuts are best suited for low-pressure systems using soft, flexible tubing. The fittings with plastic gripper nuts, available in select sizes, provide a more secure connection than ferrule nuts by gripping the tubing to help prevent pullout and reduce leaks, making them ideal for higher-pressure applications and rigid tubing. Additional sizes with plastic or stainless steel grippers are available; contact us for a quote.
